The Process



Refunds and Deposits



A 50% event deposit is needed to reserve your date. The other 50% is due 120 days before your date. Deposits are non refundable.


If you should cancel your event for any reason, the deposit can be refunded if your date can be re-booked with a comparable event.​


A $500 Security Deposit is required 60 days before your event.You agree to pay for any damages to the barn, house, that occur during your event. A walk through will be completed on Sunday, where you will obtain a rental release form and your $500 security deposit if no damages are discovered.



Accommodations



Tandale can accommodate up to 220 guests ( Wedding Party and Guests) for events held on Friday and Saturday. Events held during the week can accommodate up to 80 guests. We provide 72" round tables (seats 10 guests) as well as banquet tables, buffet tables, gift tables, and the cake table. Our chairs are Chiavari style and suitable for any wedding style.

We have state of the art indoor bathrooms, and the Barn includes Air Conditioning and Heat.


The grounds will be sprayed for mosquitoes the day before the event..



Rules



The use of rice, confetti, glitter, large fireworks, and silly string are strictly prohibited.


Bubbles and Sparklers are welcomed as long as they are not used near the barn. Bird seed is allowed as an alternative for rice.


Music must end promptly at 11 pm.

The Venue closes at Midnight. Please contact for venue hours for non weekend events.


Pets are allowed on the property but not allowed inside the house, tree house, or barn. Pets must be cleaned up after. Failure to clean up after pets will result in being charged a Cleaning Fee


Our photographer reserves the right to photograph your event for use on our social media, advertising, or website. ​



Catering



Caterers will have a designated prep area. It has hand washing stations as well as a fridge/freezer, and ice for your use. All food must be kept hot or cold by your caterer, from truck to table. There is a prep area not a kitchen.


Alcohol is allowed. You must purchase event liability insurance for both Friday and Saturday or the day of your event. Tandale LLC and the property owners need to be added as additionally insured.


Alcohol can only be served by certified bartenders.



Set Up and Clean Up



For a Saturday event you will have use of the venue on Friday from noon until 10PM and Saturday from 10AM til Midnight. The tables and Chairs will be set up for you by Friday at Noon. You can begin decorating at any time after that.


After your event the venue and grounds must be free of derbis and decorations. We will dispose of garbage but it must be in the bins provided. Failure to clean up will result in a $350 cleaning fee.



Vendors



While we have our list of preferred vendors and caterers for your ease, you are responsible for booking vendors that fit your needs. Such vendors include but are not limited too:


Caterers, Servers, Bartenders, Beverages, Florists, Decorations, Centerpieces, Linens, DJ or Band, Photographer, Tent Rental, and Final Clean Up.
